How do I make my payment?
You can make the payment by credit card and debit card. After entering your card information, you can choose one of the installment options and complete your shopping if it is a product that can be made in installments.

Cash on delivery option is not available in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates.

I forgot my password, how can I login?
If you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your account by performing a password reset.

The steps to follow for this are;

From the 'Member Login' page, click on 'Forgot Password'. When you enter your e-mail address belonging to your membership and click 'Send', a link will be sent to your relevant e-mail address.

You can create a new password by clicking the link.

If the link did not reach you, check your spam folder.

In addition, you can change your password at any time from 'My Account>My User Information>Password Update' section.

How can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel your products before the cargo preparations begin, as follows.

By following the steps 'My Orders' > 'Details/Order Detail' > 'Cancel Order'.

By clicking 'Connect to Live Help' from the 'Help' step in the 'My Account' section, selecting 'Cancellation and Refund' on the page that opens.

If your products have started to be prepared for shipping (your invoice has been issued) or if they have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the product when you receive it.

CLUE:

Fee refunds are completed within 3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is completed and your return is made to your bank.

How do I become a member?
You can complete your membership with the password you will create by entering an active e-mail address that you use in the Login>Member field at the top right of the page.

What should I pay attention to when becoming a member?
You should make sure that the e-mail you will use while becoming a member is correct, and you should complete your membership with an address you use actively. We will share all information specific to you and your order via this address.

Your password; You should make sure that it is between 7-15 characters and contains at least 1 letter and 1 number.

Can I order without being a member?
You can order without being a member. To do this, simply add the products you want to buy from the product pages to the basket and say 'Continue Without Being a Member' on the screen that appears at the 'Confirm cart' step. You can follow the information about the order you placed without being a member, from the e-mail address you shared during the order. We recommend that you place an order as a member in order to access information about your orders.

What is your return policy?
• The return period is 15 days from the day you receive the product.


• During the return stage, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.


• You can return your products with the shipping company shown in the return step.


• Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.


• Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.),

o Can be returned if unused.

• If the products reach us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
